My recent stay at 1 Hotel Haitang Bay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern and eco-friendly atmosphere. I was amazed by the three large pools, especially the stunning Skypool. The views from the Skybar were breathtaking, and the cocktails were delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to communicate with them easily in English. The breakfast offered a great variety of Chinese and Western options, ensuring there was something for everyone. I also loved the fact that I could arrange everything through WeChat, making my stay even more convenient. I had a wonderful time at 1 Hotel Haitang Bay and I highly recommend it.

The hotel has a range of swimming pools to choose from- perfect for those who love to swim and soak up the sun. the farm-to-table restaurant is a great concept and the food there is very tasty. The location is beautiful, with easy access to the nearby beach and plenty of peaceful surroundings to explore.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The main pool areas were always in direct sunlight, with no shade to escape from under the hot sun.

Staying at this hotel was remarkable. it is located in a bay that adds value to its natural beauty with the beach just behind it, which is a perfect spot for drowning in your thoughts. the staff provides an excellent service from check, in till check, out as well as breakfast with so many options that will get your day started right. the hotel's facilities such as a children's playroom and a warm and nice pool day and night are designed for pleasure. Lastly, the location is central to several night, life options.

The hotel's dinner buffet needs improvement and a bit more variety.

The food options were great and we enjoyed the three big pools, including the incredibly huge Skypool. the hotel is designed to be eco-friendly and everything was well maintained. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We were surprised to be charged for a broken water glass in our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the three big pools, including the huge Skypool with a 360-degree view of the sea. We could always find a free sunbed or cabana. The hotel is close to the beach which is just behind, making it easy to go to the beach anytime we wanted. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, with a lot of choices and it is open until 11 am. The staff was super friendly and spoke English fluently.

the spacious and comfortable rooms were a haven of relaxation, and the eco-friendly vibe of the place really contributed to its calming atmosphere. the friendly, English-speaking staff were always on hand to provide excellent service, and I couldn't get enough of the pretty good breakfast.
